The Elementary Teachers Federation of Ontario (ETFO), The Ontario English Catholic Teachers Association (OECTA) and The Ontario Secondary School Teachers Association (OSSTF) have collectively announced they will continue strike action next week, with a one-day province-wide walkout (full withdrawal of services) scheduled for Friday February 21, 2020.
Therefore, unless progress is made in negotiations, BOTH The Rainy River District School Board and The Northwest Catholic District School Board schools will be CLOSED to all students in the district on Friday February 21, 2020.
As a result, there will be NO busing for all students on Friday February 21, 2020.
