The Elementary Teachers Federation of Ontario (ETFO) will participate in a two-day full withdrawal of services today Wednesday, February 5 and tomorrow Thursday, February 6.
The Rainy River District School Board will be closing all elementary schools to students today Wednesday, February 5 and tomorrow Thursday, February 6, 2020.
As a result, there will be NO busing for students attending the following schools:
• Crossroads School
• Donald Young School
• J.W.Walker School
• McCrosson-Tovell School
• Mine Centre School
• Nestor Falls School
• North Star Community School
• Riverview School
• Robert Moore School
• Sturgeon Creek School
• Atikokan High School Grade 7 and 8 Program
• Fort Frances High School Grade 7 and 8 Program
All high schools will be open to students in Grades 9-12 with regular bus service today and tomorrow.
All Catholic schools are open with regular busing today and tomorrow.
The above listed schools will reopen and busing will resume on Friday February 7, 2020.
